STRICT CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments are very important to me and I ask that you give just enough courtesy with any changes that need to be made.

With such short notice, it is difficult to fill an appointment's time slot. The cancellation policy allows me the time to inform clients of any availability. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late and missed appointments as well as the cancellation fee.

For services over 1 hour, I require a 48 hour cancellation notice prior to your scheduled appointment, otherwise a cancellation fee would be applied. 

For services 1 hour or less, I require a 24 hour cancellation notice prior to your scheduled appointment, otherwise a cancellation fee would be applied. 

25% of your total amount will be charged if you do not notify me about your cancellation or any changes 48 hours prior to your appointment. 
50% of your total amount will be charged if you do not notify me about your cancellation or any changes 24 hours prior to your appointment. 

A no-show will result in a 100% charge of the total reserved service amount.
